By accessing and/or using this website you accept these terms and conditions. We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time. If we make amendments we will publish the amended terms and conditions on this website. Your continued use of the website after such amendment will constitute your acceptance of the amendments.
1. Online ordering system
If the Grill Meats Beer online ordering system is used, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal details, password and payment details. You agree to accept full responsibility for all your activities on our website and online ordering. If you order online we will send you an email confirming the details of your order. Grill Meats Beer reserves the right to refuse service, terminate your access to the website or online ordering, remove or edit any content or cancel your order/s at its sole discretion and without prior notice to you.
In making the Grill Meats Beer online ordering system available for use, Grill Meats Beer:
- does not guarantee that the website and online ordering system will be error-free or that any errors will be corrected and nor
- does it guarantee that the website or online ordering system will be free from viruses or other harmful components and
- reserves the right to alter the agreed price if an incorrect price was caused by a software fault, error or malicious attack.
- reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions without notifying you or other users of this online ordering system.
In using the Grill Meats Beer online ordering system (save as provided for above) you indemnify Grill Meats Beer from all claims relating to a failure of the Grill Meats Beer online ordering system.
2. Placing an order
- To place an order, follow the below procedure
- Login with your nominated email address and password.
- Choose a collection day and time.
- Browse the menu to select the items you wish to add to your order.
- After you have finished your selection, enter your credit card details in the space on the right.
- Click on Checkout and you will go through to the Order Confirmation page to confirm your order.
3. Price and payment
Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. All prices displayed are NZD and your account will be charged in NZD.
4. Vouchers
Vouchers are currently only able to be redeemed when ordering in-store (i.e. not via the Grill Meats Beer online ordering system).
5. Collection
Orders must be collected from the restaurant as the online ordering system does not currently extend to delivery. You must collect your order from the store you ordered from as soon as possible after making the order.
Should you place an order and for some reason the order is not received by the restaurant, you will need to show a copy of your order confirmation (either printed or on mobile phone) in order for the restaurant to fulfill that order.
6. Errors in ordering
Once the order has been placed through the Grill Meats Beer online ordering system, changes cannot be made online. Once an order has been placed, it is your obligation to contact Grill Meats Beer to determine whether or not the order can be changed. The decision whether or not the order can be changed is at the absolute discretion of Grill Meats Beer. If changes to the order are allowed, any difference in payment will need to be made or refunded in store.
7. Cancellations
Order cancellations cannot be made on the Grill Meats Beer online ordering system. Once an order has been placed, it is your obligation to contact Grill Meats Beer to determine whether or not the order can be cancelled. The decision whether or not the order can be cancelled is at the absolute discretion of the store. Grill Meats Beer does not accept any liability if you decide to cancel your order.
8. Refunds
The Grill Meats Beer online ordering system is not set up to provide customers with refunds.
Should the store you ordered from decide that the order can be refunded, it may provide you with a refund onto the credit card that was used to place the order. Grill Meats Beer does not accept any liability to refund you.
Ability to accept Terms and Conditions of Use
You warrant that you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use voluntarily and you have full capacity to agree to them.
9. Termination
Grill Meats Beer reserves the right to terminate your ability to order via the online ordering system, immediately and without notifying you in advance, should we decide you are in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
11. General
These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any claim or dispute between you and Grill Meats Beer that arises in whole or in part from the Grill Meats Beer online ordering system shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Auckland, New Zealand. These Terms and Conditions of Use, together with the Grill Meats Beer Online Ordering Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Grill Meats Beer on this website, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Grill Meats Beer concerning the online ordering system.
If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Use or Privacy Policy are deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of the provisions shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Use and/or Privacy Policy as applicable, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms and Conditions of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and the failure by Grill Meats Beer to assert any right or provision under these Terms and Conditions of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
